Prenatal Interview

I provide 1-2 prenatal interviews where we will discuss your health history, your goals for your birth, and any concerns that you or your partner may have. I will also help you work out a birth plan. (60-90 minutes)

Email and Phone Support

I will provide support via email, text and phone throughout your pregnancy and up to three months postpartum. I will provide 24- hour on-call availability beginning at 38 weeks (special arrangements possible).

Labor and Birth

I will provide continuous support during your labor, birth, and immediately postpartum. I can be by your side from the first contraction, if you want me to!

Establish Feeding

I will help you establish feeding.

​

Anywhere

I will provide you support whether you give birth at home, in a hospital, or at a birth center, including C-Sections and VBACS.

Postpartum

I provide 1 postpartum visit to discuss your birthing experience, how you are adjusting to parenthood, how feeding is going, and any concerns you or your partner may have.
